I can't wait for this one!!! I was going to do this one today since Phil gave me a good excuse to go into the gym. Thankfully I didn't!!
Ended up doing Wednesday's WOD with 275#. I only made it to 5 1/2 rounds Phil. I tried but the running was terrible and I could only do the DL's in sets of 5. The sun came out which really killed my runs. This was the closest I have come to pukie in a long time.
Good luck tomorrow guys and Lyndsay. Somehow I think you will be wishin that you could just do "Nasty Girls" :)

Today's wod was NASTY! =11:58. Modified MU. I've got to start working on those! Great job to the am crew it looks like you all did great!

Natalie, I won't be coming. Going to go to Park City. And nasty girls was nasty enough. lol Time was 19:45 and I did 95# hang power cleans and modified muscle ups. I agree Natalie I need to still practice those. Will said his first leg went really well at the race. His next run is around 2 in the morning I believe. Everyone did so good tonight. At the end we were all laying around. Thanks cody for training us.
I will not be attending Saturday's wod. It's too late in the morning :( But for the good news, I did my first kipping pull-up this am!!! Thanks Erick for suggesting the thought that I should try one. Nasty girls was crazy! Did the modified MU and did 45 lbs for hang cleans. I think I did it in 13 minutes
That is awesome Jennifer. Keep it up your strength is definitely there.
