50 Wall-ball shots
50 Pull-ups
35 Wall-ball shots
35 Pull-ups
20 Wall-ball shots
20 Pull-ups

Use 20 pound medicine ball launched to a target ten feet above the ground. May scale with a lighter medicine ball, a lower target, jumping pull-ups, band pull-ups, or ring rows.

20# wall ball and green band pullups. Time 18:12. That was killer. I went in the store right after to grab a bag of potatoes. Ended up with a little bag instead of the big one. I was worried I would not get them out the door. Ha! Ha! Everyone did so good tonight. Even the new girl(I am soooo sorry I do not remember your name) kicked some butt. You go girl and welcome. It's nine o clock and I am waiting for tomorrows WOD. woop! woop! Looking forward to it. Its great to be back.

so today's wod was good except for the fact that i tore open my blister. It hurts!!! I would have had a better time if it weren't for my hand. did the 15 lbs wall ball and blue band pull ups just under 22 minutes. I'm waiting for tomorrows wod to see if i should even come :)
