this morning was killer! thanks guys for cheering me on and making me push hard. I really hate those pike push ups with the bench. The good news, I'm really good and that tuck and roll :)

Ha! Ha! Ha! Anonymous, I so agree. I went to Walmart got a box of popsicles for kids and it felt like it was 50# lol It was a killer Wod on the arms yet ir was alot of fun. Everyone did sooo good tonight. We had a pretty big class. Will, Blake, Dez, Jessica, Melanie, and I. Eveyone kicked butt in their own levels. Go night crew!! I thought on the last 2 rounds my arms were going to give out. Did Hand stand push ups from box. Did some on toes and as arms got tired went to knees. Will and Dave kept giving me tips as I was doing them. It was just sooo hard because my arms were shot. Then I did ring row muscle ups. My time was 8:21. Could have been better but I will be happy with it. At least its not running. I am very scared of the race Saturday. By the time its starts I will be sick to my stomach. Natalie, Dez and I were talking... we need to cut one of our shirts like Jolie. Cut the sleeves off and slits down the sides and tied. (It looks really cool on her, down boys down lol) So since the run is Saturday I will probably take a rest day tomorrow. :) Natalie miss working out with you. Come to some night classes.
