I guess I will never learn..."attempted" to get 3 miles in today in prep. for saturdays run....I am paying for it BIG TIME!

Unless I want to be in large amounts of pain, I'm going to have to bow out of the race:( Oh, I'll be back don't worry...next year baby!

Sarah, don't push it! Don't do the race if you are not feeling well today. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
I know you will be there in spirit! Rest before you come back girl. You're still the bomb ;)

I did the wod today. I haven't been able to do squats for awhile because of my knees. 65,75,85,95,105. Whoo hoo!! Everyone did awesome today!

Okay so I did the WOd of the day. I learned lots of new tips on back squats. 85#, 95#, 105#, 115#, 125#, and tried 130# but only could do it twice. Was losing form. But I feel really good about it. Melanie congrats on you 100# bench mark. It is the best feeling in the world to get to weights over 100#. You are coming a long way. Rocky also did awesome on his! Eric and Jason came in and were starting theres when I was leaving. But I know they rocked it!
Natalie, Kevin got a tattoo on his ribs. eeek! Done fresh today.

Its funny squats no matter what weight you are doing make you feel so strong. I really enjoyed this one. Everyone did really well today. I showed up at 6:00 pm and did it. I am amazed at some of the weight some of you people are putting up. Five reps is so hard. Three you can gut through but five you just have to have the strength.

155, 185, 205, 225, 240
