We had a lot of people in tonight and a lot of good energy. I'm glad I got to train tonight,it was so fun to see all the night crew!
Great job everyone on your shoulder presses. We had some a lot of PR's today too! Hoo RAH!

Natalie! I am sorry I missed you :( That sucks!! I ended up having to work until 5:00 to cover for a girl who called in sick. Stayed until 5:00. Will also worked until 5:00. So we ended up staying home to do the WOD. But Will got a wild hair and came up with a WOD. It was one of those can't get your breath ones. 3 Rounds 300 meter run, 10- 95# deadlift, 15 pushups, and thrusters. Used 25# KB in each hand. Time 10:37. It was a good one. Mel ended up working out with us because she did not have a baby sitter. So it all worked out. We will for sure be there tomorrow night Sarah. :) I bet all of you rocked it! Woop! Woop!

Oh yeah Natalie! Mel and I practiced double unders:) Plus Will had me practice hang power cleans. I did 95#. Can we say dead arms tonight lol. Can't wait to see what tomorrows is.

My arms are so dead! Today was fun. Erick was cracking me up with "get mad at the bar" routine. The funny thing is, it kind of worked. And I actually was able to do 2 double unders in a row!

Hey everyone!!! I miss coming into find out the worst workout in the world every day!!! I can't wait till the summer is over, so I can come back in! Brooke and I are doing great in Dallas, but cant wait to get back!!!
