Welcome to all the new people who have come in the past 2 weeks. It's nice to have you at our gym! Remember: Tomorrow 8:00 am is a Basic Movements class. This is for all new clients who have not been through the class yet. If you are not a member of the gym yet, but are planning on signing up, you can sign up today or tomorrow before the class then you will be able to attend the Basic Movement class. This class must be taken by all new members. We will see a lot of you there!

Mel and I ended up going to a pool party and doing laps. And then we had a lot of kids hanging all over us to throw them. And we would run back and forth in the water. We also got with a big group and held hands and ran circles,creating a huge whirl pool. Does that count as a WOD today? I am tired now. lol Because of the sudden pool party I will not be able to come in tomorrow. We have so much to do before leaving Sunday for our trip. Good Luck everyone!
