Everyone's goal today is to get under 10 minutes I know you all can do it. Great picture of Blake. Maybe if he bought some short running shorts he wouldn't have to roll up his shorts, due to his massive muscular legs. Hope everyone has a great class today.

Did today's wod with 45# in 5:21. It was a great workout today. There has been great workouts all week. It was nice to meet you today Travis.

It was a fun work out. Eric scaled it down for me where I was sick. I was going to go 55# but he said do 45#. I kept slow steady pace and finished it in 5:30. Breathing felt good and everything. I would like to try that one again when I am better that's for sure. Everyone did so good. And it was such a nice surprise to see Travis walk in. I looked up and saw him walking in door. Had to do a double take thought I was seeing things. Welcome back Travis!!!

I can already feel soreness in my armpits. I did 65 ilb in under ten minutes and feeling it.
