IT WAS NICE GETTING BACK INTO THE WORKOUTS. THIS WAS KILLER. I DID JUMPING PULLUPS. MY TIME WAS 10:45. MY ENERGY IS STILL LOW.

Nice job Cami! What a great turnout for the 6 am class, I bet there was a lot of energy there. Great job everyone!
Welcome Jill, Lori and Matt! It's great to have you guys and Cody said you all did great this am as well. Whoohoo!
Jim H, Kathy and Kris did great today at the 0930 class. They pushed hard and had great form. Keep it up everyone!

Just confused..... We had like 30 some names up on the board this afternoon just from this morning. But yet there is only 2 post. What the heck is up with that?!?! Post Everyone.
I actually really liked this work out. My time was 10:41.

I am sore that is for sure. From Saturday's wod and today's wod, my body hurts. It took me 12 minutes to finish this mornings wod. I did the pullups with the blue band.

I won't be able to go tomorrow morning bc I'll be at work. I'll try and go in the evening depending on how the day goes.

Natalie! She is doing really good. You can tell she is still weak. Lays around and taking naps. But over all she feels really good. Hate when my kids are sick. :( No more ER's for a long time!!!!! lol
