Another great workout. This was fun. A great cardio. I can't do double unders so I tripled each round of singles. We had a great morning class but we missed Jen.

I read this post before I went in this morning and read that running was involoved...I too felt a sickness coming on, but went anyway! Great workout and I am FEELING IT!!! It was fun to have you there Natalie-you're my inspiration!

Well, while you guys were working out at 6am, I was at work by 6:30 and didn't get home till 9pm. Work is getting crazy now and so I don't know how often I will be able to come in from now through October. Sad, very sad.
