Sorry for the late post, my computer was not working for a while tonight. :( I loved all the posts yesterday and hope people keep on posting often. Great job everyone yesterday. Todays wod (Wednesday) is actually fun, I did it and I think you will all like it. Have a good workout!

I am really loving the new place. It has been fun watching new people come in. Hopefully we can continue the trend. Tomorrow I think we are going to kick it up a notch from today. Everyone made today look too easy.

Did the work out at home so I could work out with Will. I had to do my HSPU from a bench. And where we do not have a pull up bar. Will pulled the ring close to the ceiling and we did ring pullups. By the time I got to the 15's my arms would not pull me up. I thought they would be easy. NOT!!! lol I felt I really pushed through this WOD. I really liked it. It was fun working out with Will. He rocked it to! Mel said everyone did really good tonight.

Where the heck was everyone this morning? Thanks Natalie for those grips, had I realized we were doing pullups this morning, I would have used them. But they will be ready for next time. Anyways, I actually did the double unders, I was so surprised!! Great WOD, killed the arms but surprisingly not sore yet. I think I did right around 7 minutes :) of course modified with blue band pull ups and box hspu.
