BASIC MOVEMENTS CLASS 0800 (All new clients please try to attend!)
GROUP WOD 0900

Saturday wods are not always team wods so please don't be intimidated! All wods are still scaled and we do a lot of fun and different things on Saturdays to give everyone a break from working so hard all week. See you all there!

I hope everyone enjoys the WOD tomorrow. I know my hamstrings are starting to get sore so I am thankful I get to run the Navy PFT tomorrow.

I also want to tell the morning crew to be sure to post during the next few weeks so I can follow your progress. I will be gone on travel starting Monday through the 10th of October. I hope you all train hard and have fun with the other trainers.

Also if Camie doesn't show up give her lots of crap on the blog!

So that means I won't get to see you when I come out to ship. :( Oh well. Good luck on the PT test tomorrow Erick.

I am now 5# away from being at my weight for the Army. I did "Daniel" today. It is a hero WOD and the humidity has really been hurting me on my times. My time was horrible, but I finished.

On the 28, 29, and 30 I am gonna come in for some WOD's. My ship date was moved from the 29th to the 1st, so I get to spend some extra time out there enjoying the dry, nonhumid weather. Never thought I would miss Utah so bad. lol

Great to hear from you Rockey keep up on your consistency and your times will improve.

We had the Infidels and Team Blake Fenn compete against each other this morning and it was a close fight. We took all the bumper plates, kettelbells, medicine balls, and dumbbells, and divided it up between two teams of three. It turned out to be over 900 pounds each. Each team had to move their weight about 20 feet 4 times. So just under 2 tons for each team. about 4000 pounds. Both team did it in under 6 minutes. I should have had them do it a couple of more times it looked too easy.

It was fun to watch. We will definitely have to do that WOD again. I will find a way to make it a little harder next time.
