I love KB pictures. They just look so tough. Great pic of you Lori! I wish I could come in one morning and meet all the morning crew. Sounds like a great group of people. Is'nt Crossfit Great?!?!
I forgot to post last night. This Detox that Melanie, Dez, Blake, and I are doing is making me have huge headaches. Where I quit coffee and soda.(yes I got back on Pepsi) But can I just tell you just in the couple of days that I have been doing it I feel a huge difference in my workouts. Like I don't have that sluggish feeling from the sugar. Hard to explain. Anyway, Natalie told me to tell a little about it since this month is on nutrition. To me it is a little like the zone. You can go no less then 3 days on this and no more then 14 days. It's a all you can eat detox. But there can be no sugars etc. So eat all the green vegetables you want. Pretty much all meats except for pork. 2 oranges a day and 2 eggs a day(cooked anyway you like). You should never go hungry. Drink lot's and lot's of water. But no soda or coffee unles it is black. It's suppose to boost your metabolism. And from there you can go right into the zone. Anyway I thought the second day was the hardest. I am not sure how everyone else is feeling so maybe they will comment. I have a e-mail with the information if anyone wants it. It is from my friends nutritionist(spelling).
Anyway loved yesterdays work out. The order I did mine was a little different. Because Cody was saying oh that was light now go up. lol So I ended up doing 3-65#, 3-85#, 3-95#, 2-100#. That last 100# I had to do a split jerk to get it up. I just love heavy days. It makes me feel tough since the cardio part does'nt lol. Anyway have a great day everyone. I am gonna close my book now. lol

Hey sorry this is the only way i know how to post something... I think... and I dont even know how to put the "Vanessa said"... hehehe, But Natalie, do you guys have any more small crossfit shirts for sale? I wanna get one!!! If not that is ok... :) Great work out today Jason! Gracias!

Vanessa- yes we have some womens shirts that you might like even better. I will drop off all our shirts at the gym tonight or tomorrow so you can see what we have. They are $15. I've been meaning to bring them in. :) Thanks for wearing our shirt and showing off our awesome gym!

Natalie are the shirts you are bringing in tonight the same ones as before. Because if not I have to have one of the new ones. You know I have been collecting them since the beginning. ;) and BTW I have lost 2# so far. I weighed yesterday and nothing and today it was 2# exact! hee hee

Okay third post of the day. Just for you Erick! All I got to say is Oh wow!! That WOD wiped me but I think it was my favorite AMRAP wod. I would rather do turkish get ups any day over burpees. lol I used a 18# KB for those. It was all girls tonight at the gym and they were rockin it! You go girls!! Oh yeah I did 5 rounds +9 modified ring dips. I feel such a huge difference in working out doing this detox.
