We had a lot of good classes today. Some impressive weight today also. I was sore just like everyone else. I am sure that is why a lot of you didn't show up today. I will see everyone tomorrow.

The front squats were alot of fun. Even the run was not so bad. 85#,90#, 95#, 100#, 105# Great work everyone!

Mandy 105#? AWESOME! I heard you all did great. Gotta love Front squats. The am classes did very well too. I love Sergio's and Ori's new weight lifting shoes. Way to go guys!
