So I love the zone! I love how it makes me feel, but the weight is not budging! Any suggestions?

Des-how many blocks are you on? What are you choosing for your carbs? Stick with it you are doing great and we will keep helping you.

Ok- our Saturday classes have been so small! Where was everyone this am? You're all forgetting that Saturday wods are fun, and usually easier to give you all a break from working so hard all week. If you didn't come in because you're too sore, you should have and we could have helped loosen you up.
Phill and I did a really fun workout...you all missed out.
Remember to STRETCH this weekend.
Keep it up on the Zone. If you haven't seen some results by now you may need some help tweaking your blocks or something so call, email us or post.

Im doing 3 block meals and 1 block snacks, Usually I eat vegitables or fruit for carbs. I take my fish oil, do i take a certain amount? I just take what the bottle said.
