It's been two weeks since we started our Zone challenge. We have heard some great results from you all including weight loss, better sleep at night, better performance during the wods and just feeling better overall. We encourage you all to stay with it! Now that you have been strict for 2 weeks, go ahead and have a cheat day or meal if that makes it easier. You can do the Zone about 80% of the time and still reap the benefits. We want you to stay on it, but make it work for you and your lifestyle. The Zone really is doable! For those of you on the one month challenge.....keep it up! The person who loses the most weight will get a prize! We will keep you posted on when we are going to have our Zone BBQ.

I think I had about 15 pushups left and Jason started getting crazy with the camera.

Good to know that the North Face emblems on my shirt reflect camera flashes.

Wade really you did a great job today. It shows that you have been Crossfiting for a while.

Powercleans are a little more difficult to teach in large group setting, but everyone picked it up real well.

This WOD was tough. I did it after the last class. 115# powercleans GHD sit-ups 14:58.

I am also really glad to see the positive results with the zone challenge. Everyone try and continue. I promise you will continue to see results. The next challenge will be either a week with no sugar or bread.

I also would like to welcome Tammy. She did really well today and we hope to see her again.

It was fun working out with the pm crew today. Wow Mel you are looking great way to go. This workout was so exhausting. I loved it. I have noticed my intensity has really increased, Erick would be proud. I have noticed so many postive changes due to the zone. So when is this barbeque going to happen?

Jason and I are moving to a new house the first of November (just a block away from our house now). So I think we may do the BBQ the middle of November. But, Cody mentioned maybe doing it at his house so we will let you all know asap. It will be fun to get together with everyone, we have so many new people now!

Cami- your posts are so inspiring...people should want to get on the Zone just from reading your posts on what a difference you are seeing and feeling. Keep it up! All of you on the Zone right now...keep it up...you are all looking and doing great!

I've been trying to post a comment for the past couple of days now but my internet connection has been giving me grief. It's all good now so I just wanted to say that I too have been loving the more intense workouts. They are hard, but rewarding and give me lots of self confidence. And the Zone is awesome. I love the way it makes me feel combined with Crossfit and others have noticed the physical change in me too which is always nice!!! I am officially addicted to Crossfit!!!
