I have mixed emotions about my performance today. The "firebreathers" that did 185# on the push jerk, 185# is more than my 3 rep max, so I scaled it back. Only problem is I scaled it back too much (135#). I'll have to make it up tonight.

Wade,you could do like, "All Day" Dave, and just come back in for the night class and do the work out over if your not happy with your performance.

I can't keep up with you guys. 185x7 for 4 rounds that is awesome. I came closer to pukie on this WOD than I have in a long time. I don't know why. Maybe its holiday food kicking in.

Did the WOD and Natalie of course kicked my butt.

I am soooo tired. But I loved that work out. I went lower on my weight with the push jerk because of my 3 hours and 2 minutes of snow and water shoveling today. Came home and my drive way was flooded. So I had to dig a trench all the way down my street. I took pictures. You guys would be proud. I tried to use the correct form on shoveling. It was sooo heavy and my back kills. I have never had it hurt this bad. Back to beginning I wished now I would have done the 75# push jerk but I only did 65#. :( and then I did 44# KBS. Time 9:56. The KB killed me. Anyway I think this is one of my favorite work outs. Lets do this one again next month.:)
