For those of us on the two a day schedule, Barbara will be a sweet morning WOD. So what should we do for our "night" WOD?????
I look as though I may have intestinal problems according to this pic. However, the pain and agony of Saturday's group WOD is accurately portrayed.

Anonymous.... Row a 2k tonight for time or run 400m sprints x4. I think we will be lifting tomorrow.
This WOD is so tough. It gives you a false sense of completion after every round. Then there is that anxiety right before the next round. It is a tough one. We haven't done it in a while.
My time after subtracting 12 minutes of rest between each round. 27:56
