This was brutal. I really liked the WOD. Driving home was only possible due to the awesome power steering.

Took forever doing strict. I think everyone was less than a 1/3 of my time.

Dave, you really did awesome today I went in and saw your time. It gave me something to shoot for. After the first round I didn't care anymore and just wanted to finish. Complete fatigue. My shoulders felt so swollen.

My wrist hurt really bad. But I am proud that I used 3 mats on HSPU and did all my myself. It got to where I was only doing one at a time or had to spread my hands out more for the sake of my wrist. Fun work out though. Time 27:58

Ouch!!! Both of my arms are hurting... Good wod though... I can say I wasn't saying that during the work out though..

Yea I did my first work out with HSPU, Im proud of myself hehehe I used 2 mats for most of it I did a few with 3 cause I couldnt push myself up any longer! My shoulders are so tired

Way to go girls!! One day I will have the arm strength to do it the right way. It was a good workout though. It's hard to do a workout when you haven't been there for a week. I wasn't feeling good last week and wasn't able to make it to the gym.
