Hi everyone! I'm so proud of all of you who are doing handstand push-ups...especially the ladies! AWESOME! That workout was a killer, I was doing 1 HSPU at a time towards the end. I'm just happy my hands didn't tear. :0

We haven't seen a few of you for the past week, I hope it's just because you are busy having fun and enjoying the holiday season. Let us know what's going on when we don't see you, we get worried about you all!
3 more days until Christmas!!!!!!!!! We have some fun wods the next few days planned. Muahhhahaha.

Today at the 6 am class a bunch of us were wondering if we could do a 6:30 class on Thursday? Erick said he would be happy to teach it.

I'd prefer a 6am class. I have a ton of last minute shopping that I need to wait and do that day. Nothing like the managers meat special as last minute gifts for those in the family I don't like.

In all seriousness, I'd like a 6 am class on 12/24.

6 or 6:30 would be great, Dan and I will be there if we have one of those classes and it will make it easier for Amanda and Nancy to hit the 8:30 or 9:30 class.

So what do say Viking CrossFit, can we have an early morning class?

BTW, Amanda and I both really liked today's workout. It's fun to take a step back and realize that you did 100 sit-ups or box jumps. Granted, Erick pointed out right as we were finishing that I wasn't doing the TGU's quite right, but still, the sit-ups and box jumps were better than they had been before and it feels good to improve.

I would love to attend a 6 am class on Thursday, assuming I can walk after tomorrow.
