Don't forgot our Christmas Party this Friday at 6:30 pm! We will have dinner and hang out together. Please bring either an appetizer or a dessert to share and a white elephant gift. We are excited to spend time with all of you outside the gym. It will be a lot of fun. See you all there!

This Saturday....Hero wod for the fallen soldiers at Fort Hood. We will be asking for a $5 donation, but if you would like to donate more click here.

Ok?! Who made the trainers mad? These last 2 and 3 WODs have been insane! Oh well, that which does not kill us... makes us want to puke.

Yea, I know this one looks really bad. So if you are just not feeling it you can cut back on rounds. Remember if you are going to come in on Saturday to do the Lumberjack WOD, in memory of those that lost their lives in Fort Hood, you need to take at least one day off this week. Remember recovery. Good luck tomorrow.

You guys have all rocked this week! Sergio asked me today if this was "Week Gone Bad!" hehe. Yes, it's been a good week of wods. Like Jason said, take a rest day or two, you need to be rested up for Saturday's Project Lumberjack wod.

Also, we have worked you hard because we know we are all going to eat bad at the party Friday!!!!!
