"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take it's place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."

Tabata is always a butt kicker, but I love it. Once again another week of great WOD's. Looking forward to getting my sweatshirt and maybe a hat. Weekends are always to hard to get through on the zone, but knowing that we are doing it together helps out.

This is the WOD that brought me to understand the intensity and made me want to investigate CrossFit. My brother-in-law asked me if I wanted to do this workout and see what it was all about. I did the SitUps, PushUps, and Squats because we didn't have a PullUp bar. The hard part was I thought I was all that and a bag of chips because I had been doing the Gold's Gym thing 5 days a week and 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day. I only made it through 4 sets of each and wasn't moving too well right after my partial WOD. I was more sore from that workout than I had been in months.

I still think of this workout the same way -- I'm going to definitely feel 'A Little Something Else' in the morning.

Hey all, I'm going to be at the gym at 8 if you feel like getting the saturday WOD a little early you can. I'll also be there at 9 too, so don't worry, no changes there. It seems like I always miss the tabata something else. I took today as a rest day, mainly because I couldn't move from my last 3 wods. So I hope you all enjoyed it and I'll have something good for you in the morning. Is there anything you guys don't want to do tomorrow?

I'll drop in at 8 in the morning.
I'd like something horrible.
