I went in this morning and when I saw the workout out I almost got back in my car to head home. Well I ended up staying. It was brutal!!!! I finished it in 23 something. I still don't know if I have recovered. Gotta love it.

Cody this WOD is definitely worthy of naming and keeping around. Thanks so much for coming up with Evil Everything. I agree with Chantel that it lived up to it's name.

I found the following interesting this evening. I was at the store this evening with my wife and someone asked about my sweatshirt. So I turned around to show the full skull in the shield. I told the lady is was where I worked out and was the best workout I've ever had. She seemed really interested. Gave her the website and told her how to find the gym. Who knows maybe she'll show up.
