If this is the one from CF Calgary, does that mean if the ball touches the ground you have the opportunity to do 10 Burpees and then finish the WBs?

hey, I forgot to put on the blog that in the morning if there aren't enough 20 pound medicine balls for the men. a 15 or 14 pound med ball is 30 wallballs and a 10 pound med ball is 40 wallballs.

Well, I'll be honest. After a week of not working out, that wod was really tough. I felt like a lump.

On a positive note, during warm ups today, I got my kipping pull-up. I was able to get my chin over the bar two times. Not in a row, but still. I couldn't believe it. I guess I needed a week off. Wahoo! I guess my next goal is to be able to do two in a row.

Way to go Amanda! If feels so good when you get your first pull-up! Taryn....you are almost there too! :) Maybe we all need to go to Disneyland for a week then come home and tear it up at the gym.

4 oclock class came up with a name for this WOD!! But will be nice and not post it.......
Holy Cow! Feel good now but not then. lol 15# wall balls and only did 6 rounds. I might have been resting a little to long before Wall Balls but I wanted to make sure I got through them. I was not about to do them over. ha ha ha ha And I know pukey almost met several of us ;) But everyone rocked it!!!

Greetings from luke warm Florida! I did today's WOD but they don't have 20lb med balls so I did 45lb thrusters as per the main site FAQ on substitutes. I did a total of 6 rounds. The funniest part is I was wearing a CF shirt and I heard some one who was watching me do pull ups tell some one else "he is doing Crossfit, f&@$ that"

I have to agree with Mandy. I probably rested a little too much between the rounds to ensure I could get all 20 wall balls without stopping. I will say that I liked the concept. Maybe we should always make one of the exercises in the WOD "unbroken". It makes you push a little harder.

Love it!

Wade

Mandy, I'm not sure about V-8, I think it is I just don't know the blocks...I will find out.

Cami....I've been meaning to post to tell you good job for doing so well on the ZOne, even on vacation and weekends! You're doing awesome. Keep it up. Everyone is doing great!

Thanks Nat, It really is becoming a life style and I am loving the way I am feeling. I have been doing no sugar and soda as well. The weight loss has slowed down but I am still seeing changes which is awesome. How is everyone else doing?

James....that is hilarious! Didn't that comment make you feel kinda cool? :) I was always so proud to wear my CF t-shirt at Gold's gym. Yah, we're pretty tough.

Ok so I'm feeling guilty for not working out today. I'm having a small shoe crisis... Hopefully I will get it solved tomorrow. I'm dying to check out the CF gym here! I will defintely let everyone know how it is! I'll see everyone next week! Happy Franette-ing!!
