I ran into the gym to do the wod really quick and it was AWESOME! I was excited when I posted it last night, I knew it would be a good met-con wod. I loved it. I did 24" box jumps (good idea Wade) and 44lb KB. I was on the floor after. My score was 220. It was fun to do the 24" BJ and go a little heavier on the KB. Good times. I hope you all get a chance to do this one today. If not, there is a good wod in store for ya'll tomorrow.
