Welcome Sarah G. to the gym! We also want to welcome Ben and Chantel to the gym this month. We don't have pictures of them yet, but we will! We are glad to have you all here training with us.

Great workout! My arms are so tired from those HSPU. Still used three mats. Maybe next time I can go to two. Time:15:19. I did 45# snatches but felt like I could have gone up ten more pounds. They almost felt to light. I have to say doing this zone 75%-80%, no soda, no star bucks, and taking fish oil faithfully is helping. I feel such a huge difference in my cardio as far as breathing. Not that sluggish feeling I would get. I am going to start running each day to work on it. I am loving the way I feel right now.

Kind of a slow day for posting so I'm going to mix it with some... "You know you do too much CrossFit when..."

So to start it off "You know you do too much CrossFit when you constantly, no matter where you are, look for something to support your weight so to can practice your kipping pull up."

You know you do to much Crossfit when you are in front of the computer everynight by 8:45 to see what kind of WOD they are gonna put you through the next day. ;)

You have bruises on your collar bone and thighs from cleans, ripped bloody hands from pull-ups, and butt burn from sit-ups... and you are proud of it!!!!!!!
