For those having the difficulty with the squat, continue to use the box or med ball to help you to remember to push your posterior back. It will also give you a good gauge on depth of squat.

I would love to do the Fight For Air Climb, but duty calls and once again, the Army isn't going to let me out of it, again.

I would love to do the stair climb as well, but we are going out of town that morning :( ....Mandy, do you want to borrow my turnouts for it? Then it would be an awesome workout!!!

Did the workout today and it really caught me off guard. Once I got to the knees 2 elbows I was so spent. Kicked my butt. It was fun working out with Jim and Jon they both did awesome.

We have had a lot of new people visit the gym in the past couple of weeks and I just want to thank everyone for being so welcoming to people that are new. Or trying it out for the first time. It can be a little intimidating.
