This was a lot of fun. I think the squats and handstand pushups really took me down a notch starting this workout.

I thought it would be a lot of fun going for strict dips and well, that's where the fun mixed with some serious muscle stress.

Bring on the rest of the day because I'm ready for anything now.

Nice job Dave. I haven't had a chance to do the wod yet, it looks like fun. It's been quiet on the blog lately...where is everyone?

Also....I spent some time yesterday cleaning the 2nd bathroom (the one behind the green curtain downstairs) and the shower. It's pretty clean now, it's no Ritz Carlton, but it's much better then it was. We are going to start maintaining just that 2nd bathroom and hopefully all the rock climbers won't realize that is the better, cleaner bathroom. So use that one and we will try to keep it clean and stocked. :) We haven't put much work into the shower because we haven't had many people express they would like to use it. We have one person using it now so I'm working on aesthetics and privacy. If we end of staying in this current location, we can make it even nicer.

Dave since I never get out of bed anymore and come to the 6 am class I have missed telling you that you are crazy. I can barely do the workout and you always have to 1 up us all and do it even harder. haha
