There is not a rower down here, so he many sdhp do I have to do to be a suitable substitute or is there another excercise you can recommend?

nat, your arms are amazing in that photo. I couldn't make it today. I smashed two of my fingers in the door and they hurt bad. I love Saturday Wod's. Hopefully they are feeling better by Monday. Great workouts this week. Everyone have a great weekend. I will be celebrating Erick and my anniversary today 13 years.

The time has come for Sheena the warrior princess to go away on business. Make sure Shakira doesn't slack while I'm gone. Crossfit is awesome and I will miss it but I'll be back on Friday. Natalie, the picture is awesome.

Thanks for the nice comments ladies. But I hope I never see anyone crank their neck back like that when catching a clean...yikes!

Cami, I hope your fingers feel better...ouch! If they don't feel better by Monday come in anyway and we will do a wod that you can do.

Shakira and Sheena....I had to ask around to find out who you two were and get the inside scoop on the new nicknames...I like it! They suit you two well!

Sheena, don't worry we'll keep cracking the pvc pipe on Shakira! It's odd but the guys at the station don't like any of the nicknames I call them. They must not be as open-minded.

James, I think 500 is a good number of SDHP's. 500 meters = 500 SDHP's. Hey, you want to stay in shape don't you?! And NO SCALING! :p
