Sorry I haven't posted lately. I'm extra tired because I've had 2 pr's this month. I've tried to push myself on most of the wod's, as well. Everything hurts as a result. Even my hair. But it's a "good" hurt. I'm planning on joining my fellow Vikes Saturday morning. Shoulders, back and wrist are "done" right now, but I'll give it my best. I'm a Crossfit addict at this point. Maybe I shouldn't be admitting my addiction with so many cops around...

James...I will try to get a hold of COdy to have him post it. We are going to start posting the Saturday wods next week. :)
We rowed 750 meters than did 21 lunges and back extensions than 500 meters 15 lunges and back extensions 250 meter row 9 lunges and back extensions. It was really cardio intense. My legs were jello for the lunges but hey I asked for it.
Hey All,
I decided to take Saturday off and the rest of the weekend too. I just wasn't feeling it on Friday's WOD.
