Ok I got a new computer and I'm still trying to get all my pics and files transferred over from my old computer. So bear with me the next few days while I post old pics and try to figure out Windows 7. Anyone familiar with Windows 7?? I need help!

So did a WOD at home yesterday. I did the deadlift and pull up one we did last week. I really did like that one. My arms felt soooo tired, I did not think I could do one more ring pull up. lol Will is gonna build me a pull up bar in the back yard. I am excited about that. I still want to make Helen up this week if that is okay. :) Will be doing todays WOD at home. Family pictures. Missing the gym. lol

I loved the WOD today. I ended up going to the 6 a.m. class due to my schedule and I feel much more energetic today than I thought I would. I also loved doing the power cleans. Since I am new it's fun to have the challenge of doing the WOD and working on the basic movements at the same time. Thanks everyone for making it so fun!
