Happy St. Patricks Day everyone!! I did not get to post last night.... I was very scared all day to do that WOD. But I am very happy I was able to make it through without getting extra burpies. My throat and chest have not recovered. I still feel like there is a torch in there and am still coughing. lol But over all I loved the work out. It would be a great bench mark one. :) Also I was happy to show Natalie and Will yesterday I got my kipping pull-ups down. FINALLY!!
Wade - Post your max. I can't do any of the max lifts for another couple weeks as my back is still healing. Gotta love the days where big numbers come out.
So I got a PR today but I was a long ways from 400lbs. 320 ended up being my MAX today. I am veryy happy with that weight.

8 Kipping Pull-ups today. Wahoo! Let's hope I can still do them when I get back from my trip. I'll be thinking of you all while I'm relaxing on the beach in the 85 degree weather and scuba diving with the marine life. I'll make sure to send some crossfit pics from Belize. Work hard for me while I'm gone.
