After hearing the students complain(but they loved it) about this WOD that Will came up with, I have to say I am pretty scared about tomorrow. My stomach is not doing so good. ha ha ha I guess bring it on. lol

Don't sweat the wod tomorrow. It's an easy one. As matter of fact the students named it CreamPuff they breezed through it so easily.

Hey Will, I know this guy in the Army and we call him Mickey Mouse cause he talks like him. The only problem is... he's 6'2", 230+ pounds, and benchs 400+ pounds. Something makes me think the "CreamPuff" name is like Mickey Mouse's name... very misleading.

Well it looks like volcanic ash will be keeping me here in England until next week. I would rather be joining Erick for his 7:30 WoD.

I'm going to try and do yesterday's WoD today.

I didn't do the wod but sure felt like I did, we built and filled 4 4x8' garden boxes and I'm more sore today that after any of the benchmarks, hmmmm, does that mean I'm not working hard enough? Shhh don't tell Cody.

Hahahaha, Cream Puff Will! Hopefully I can refrain from calling you that at school next week. I really enjoyed doing Fight Gone Bad this morning, it totally kicked my trash. I can't wait to do it again.

Eric, you were suppose to do the WOD. lol Wanted to see what you and Cammie thought. I guess you will have to make it up. Maybe I could do it again in a few weeks with you and Cammie. And maybe by then be able to do thrusters the whole time. Ended up going to push press. There is this one muscle in my leg that started hurting really bad yesterday. I thought maybe after warming it up it would be fine. Not!!! Also, I think it would be fun if those that missed it and Natalie, Jason, and Cody did it to. hee hee I am sure I speak for everyone else, my body is sooo tired and achy. lol This has been a great week of workouts. And Natalie I was happy to see you yesterday. :) Even if Blake was giving you a hard time. ;)

Jeanie, I'm pretty sure that if you do let it slip out it will only be a one time event that ends up not being worth the laughs you might get for it. To quote Wade "I'm not saying,,, I'm just saying". ;) By the way you missed out on a much harder wod than Fight Gone Bad.
Erick, I was sad to see you did a different wod today. On a positive note, knowing the hard charger you are I know you'll be calling me soon to come time you doing the Willanator wod. :)
Strong work to everybody that showed up this morning. That was a long wod (like Murph) that was specifically programmed to be a mental grind just to show people they can push through the barriers their minds put up. Hence the name that the fire recruits came up with that I won't repeat here. It's not CreamPuff by the way. :)

So a while ago we did a 100 Thrusters for time and I thought I could never be that sore again. Well, thanks to Will... I was wrong. I think everything on my body is sore. I mean everything.

Wade, I so agree. I am sooo sore that I had to get out of bed. I was sore laying in there. I think now I know every muscle in my body. ha ha ha

Oh and we had to do 20 lunges and a 400 meter run in between each round. Aren't you sad you missed it?
