I lol at your posts Will, Kathy and Wade. I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one with ridiculously sore legs. As I rolled around on the foam roller last night in agony, Jason just looked at me and said, "Are you really that sore?" I wanted to punch him. Then today I went on a field trip to Thanksgiving Point with my Kindergartener and one of the kids in my group asked me why I was walking funny. :)

I think today's wod helped loosen things up though. Good job today everyone. It was good to see you tonight Ben and Bernie!

I am there with you! I lay in bed and my leg muscles were twitching so bad I thought my bed was shaking! haha im a whimp I look forward to the foam rollers tomorrow morning before working out!!!

I am with Will on this one, spawn of Satan designed Thursday's wod. I didn't feel that bad this morning and then things have just become progressively worse throughout the day. I am creeping around like a 80 year old woman now and I might possibly live in the basement for the next couple of days just so I don't have to go up or down the stairs. Oh boy, not looking forward to the foam roller!

By the way- it's a good idea to have a foam roller at home. I have seen them at Target, Sports Authority, and James said he saw one at Wal-Mart for around $15.00 (the cheapest place so far.)

Oh, and James....funny, we were just talking tonight about wods with both ring dips and push-ups. :)

I am laying in bed with a rolling pin! (it seems to help a little...)
I just hope I can walk tomorrow. hehe

Angie I have to laugh that u said that about using a rolling pin, I did the same thing tonight and was typing it just as u must have:) And then I laughed at the comment will made the other day while rolling on the roller and how he stated this hurts so bad it makes me almost pee, I totally agree will. any way I really thought I had made it through the wod on Thursday pretty much pain free, woke up today still no real pain. Ten thirty this morning it hits me and the pain intensified and by the end of the day I was walking real funny.

I figured you Jason! Here I was thinking this that you were being nice to us by not doing a WOD that used our legs. But your plan this whole time was to completely smoke our arms so that tomorrow we are sore head to toe.

My only satisfaction is knowing that you did today's WOD too.

I'm not saying... I'm just saying...
