Okay everyone, try not to covet Justus' abs.


Crossfit Endurance wod:

3 hrs before or after the daily WOD, choose ONE of the Following sports:

Swim: 2x8 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals

Bike: 2x15 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals

Run: 2x12min, Rest 2 min Between intervals

C2: 2x8min, Rest 2 min Between intervals

Cover as much distance as possible in each of the 2 intervals.

I just noticed that you added the Share-a-Smile Triathlon on the sidebar. I love this race. I've done the novice division for the past two years and am thinking of doing the sprint, we'll see. Who wants to do it with me? Seriously, you won't find another triathlon this short. So if you've always wanted to do one, this one is perfect for beginners. It's very laid back and fun. If you have any questions about it, let me know.

Well, it looks like the rower and I are going to become very good friends. I was told today that I have a pretty big bone spur on the heel of my left foot. The guess is all the running and practicing of the double-unders last night really irritated it to where I pretty much couldn't walk on it this morning

Oh no Wade. When did it start hurting? Is it a bone spur or plantar fascitis? We will sub things for you for a while until it heels.

@Natalie, the ER doc said it could be either, or, or both. The x-ray definitely showed a bone spur. I will be seeing a podiatrist later this week. I'll keep you updated.

I liked today's wod. I love Double-Unders. I feel like I've gotten pretty good at them. I cruised through those pretty fast. The K2E, however, slowed me down a bit. My time= 10:58.

I'm not sure I'll be in tomorrow. Hopefully I can get an Endurance wod in. Clark is scheduled to come home tomorrow (cross your fingers). Then I'll be able to really focus on Crossfit Endurance. I'm really excited to see how it changes my performance.
