How long do you need to be a member of Crossfit before you're issued an over used, yet humorous catch phrase? Wade shouldn't be the only one with that opportunity.
I AM just saying...

What is everybody saying? I really dont get the humor, if there is any!!!

Wade always signs his posts with the same catch phrase, "I'm not saying... I'm just saying". I was wondering if we all have the same opportunity. I was going to use on as well, but "Get 'er done!" is already taken.

Anonymous...who are you today? And if you don't know how to sign your name here is how: Click below on the arrow by "Comment as". Click on Name/URS then sign your name.

So, go ahead and come up with your own catch phrase...then let us know who you are. All the "Crossfit" phrases are probably all overused. Oh well. Wade defiantly made "I'm just sayin'" his, and it works.
3..2..1..GO!

Wade's is so catchy, we even find ourselves using it around the house!

It's me, again! I'll never tell who I am! Just call me the "Crossfit Phantom". Now I really have to think of a good catch phrase with a name like that, right?
Let me work on it and I'll get back to you. Until then...BEWARE THE PHANTOM! (too much?)

Jim... Are you the Phantom??????

I think it's Ben for some reason.....

Yes, my children- It's me, again. The CROSSFIT PHANTOM! I'll never reveal my true identity. Well...that's not exactly true. As soon as I come up with a great catch phrase that will rival the one they call "Wade" (and have it properly copy written, just in case this goes national and I can make a buck) I "might" give you a clue. Until then...you'll just have to wonder... AH HA HA HAAAAAA!
Keep guessing Natatlie
Phantom, out...

Hello, hello! I wanted to update everyone on James. He's been in Afghanistan for almost a month now. He's working hard and working a lot, crosfitting when he can. He's introducing his team to crossfit as well. They haven't quite embraced the suck and the amazingness that is crossfit! But, give them time. James will whip them into shape over the next 5 months! James hasn't asked for much lately. I sent him a flattened basketball to make a med ball and just recently purchased a set of Olympic rings to send, so once he returns, you will all need to make sure to make him show you the muscle ups he'll be working on while he's there! He is being as safe as possible, considering. I'll include his address in case any of you would like to send him a kind word or two to let him know we're all thinking of him. It seems to take roughly 3 weeks for anything to reach him. I would like to ask everyone to keep him, his team and all our trrops currently deployed in their prayers. James and his team are doing extremely dangerous jobs in an extremely dangerous area. Thanks, everyone!
His address should read as follows:
Fred James Schoeffler CIED-14
(EOD) FOB Altimur
APO, AE 09364

Jenn thanks so much for updating us on James. We will keep him in our prayers. Thanks to people like James (and several other of our own Viking clients who are in the military) who keep us safe everyday. We will be sure to write.

We will also keep him in our prayers. We will have to put something together for him. :)
