So this is the first video I've ever made and I'm still figuring out how to do the sound, special effects, etc. But I think it turned out pretty good. Hope you all like it. I love Dave's request for a Twinkie in the middle of the wod, Cody's perfect textbook squats, and I love seeing all the women doing kipping pull-ups! Once again everyone, great job on Murph.
