We love how Jenny is always smiling during her wods. Hmmm...it may be time to step up her wods. :) Sean looks pretty comfortable there in the background too.

Hey, now! Today's wod was a really good one. Not so many movements that it took an hour to complete, but just enough to make us truly sweat, and I mean buckets! Thanks again, trainers for yet another butt spanker!

James actually did do this wod. He said it was a pretty fun one. Finshed in 12:12. It took me 17:47, which I thought was pretty good until he busted my bubble... Guess I'll have to pick up the pace for next time! And he has those long legs that carry him farther faster, so I definitely have an excuse/disadvantage!

The zone is coming along. It's definitely an experience going through the "detox"... Hopefully next week is easier!
