Hey everyone. This week has been a little crazy for everyone, including the trainers. If you showed up Thursday night at 4pm or this am at 9am, and the trainer was not there yet and you had to leave, would you please email us and let us know. We apologize.
On Monday we will be doing a Hero wod in the am for Memorial Day. Most likely 8am or 9am. What time works best for everyone?

I'd prefer a 9am class. I don't get home from work until after midnight, so I'd like to get as much sleep as possible before the butt kicking begins.
I would prefer as late as possible. Just throwing out a idea... how about doing it at a park and everybody wear their VCF shirts.
Either way, Jenny and I are cool.
Actually....we WILL be doing something like that Wade! Muahahahaha!
I'm with the majority for 9am.
Oh, and btw, I was going to do a CE wod today, but was too tired by the end of the day. Remember the virtual shoveling wod we did awhile back? Well, I did the reality shoveling wod today in our yard. It was a doozy. I don't know my weight, let's just say it was a lot of dirt. Do you count it for time if it takes you most of the day?

Lets do 10 am so those who what to attend the Memorial Day special at the Orem Cemetery can. Its starts at 9 am and sounds like at a good one.
Sorry James,I just posted the wod for 9am tomorrow. I just found out about the Memorial Day ceremony about an hour ago myself. 10am would be too late for everyone and nobody wanted it earlier then 9am. I think we will at least be able to see the Apache helicopter from Timpanogos High school though :) (that is where we will be doing our wod).
