Awesome pic Nat! My 7yr old is sitting here next to me, I pull up the blog and he says, "wow, she has a pack....can I see her head?" LOL. Then he turned to me and asked, "mom, do you have a pack?". I was proud to show him my "pack", at least the start of one....and he was actually impressed! I love kids.

I'm trying to cut my keg down to a 6 pack. Its going to be very hard until I can get the strength to resist Maggie Moo's Ice Cream.

Okay so did any ladies go this morning? I will not be able to come in tonight because of belly dancing. But I really want to do this WOD. Can someone post how they did so I have something to go by to push myself since I will be doing this alone at home. Thank you!

Mandy, I did it this morning. Here's what I did:
Row-249m, 34 sit-ups, 73 jump pull ups, 15 burpees and 19 med ball cleans. It hurt.

Dang, I now have ab envy! I needed that incentive to stay on the no sugar diet, thanks Natalie!

I want to tell Natalie, Happy Anniversary. We have been together for 15 years and I love her to death.

Also, that pack in the picture is after having 3 boys. I am impressed Natalie.

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone. Looking forward to the afternoon classes. The morning classes were very impressive.

It was great to see the 6am class today! I need to get to that class more often, you were all great and put out great effort on the wod.

I have to give the 6am class some credit too. I did the wod after them today and realized it's easier to push yourself a little harder when you come in and see other clients times and numbers on the board. The 6 am class doesn't get to do that. So they set the bar for us every morning, and they do great!

Yeah, I'll be thinking of ya'll sweatin your guts out doing turkish get ups while I'm sippin pina coladas on the beach. I had to slip Jason a twenty to make it happen, but I thought it was worth it. Enjoy...

Oh Lars enjoy your time on vacation that is going to be awesome.

Ok so I have been talking to everyone in the afternoon explaining things and all that stuff then I get to my kids program and Natalie says "you have a big piece of food in your teeth. "So where is the love afternoon people? So hopefully I didn't gross anyone out.

If you see that again, I will not be offended if you tell me. Don't worry I will return the favor

ok..those abs rock! I need a second chance to do this workout because my shorts fell off during jumping pullups and i fell of the row machine like an idiot...I love VCF Justus
