Ok,this WOD makes me want to cry. Is anyone else scared?
I'm already puking. And crying that today was my rest day. hopefully Jason and I will make it over there before school....
So if I'm doing the burpee challenge, do the burpees in the WOD count?
If not, the first 75 burpees are likely to be a lot more pleasant than the 18 I'll need for tomorrow.
