Team VCF, thanks for a fantastic 6 weeks of Crossfit fun. I'm hooked and I'll definitely be following the blog from CT. Special shout-out to the 7:30am crew, you guys are great - they are so nice I don't even feel too bad that Amanda can do more pull-ups than me and Ori passes me like I'm 50. Keep up the great work.

I'm not sore from Cindy, however, Mary was quite the abusive mistress. My shoulders are finally back to normal after the brutality.
Oh yes, my upper body still has a Cindy hangover. Ouch!
My legs are still pretty sore from the squats. My body doesn't like squats. lol
I didn't make it in today. How was the workout?
OK the WOD today was tough. It kicked my butt. Nothing about it seemed to get easier as you went along. I really took a while to recover.
