I just wanted to tell Will and Mandy on here that I am so glad they pushed me to do Crossfit. Thanks Will for pushing me through the WODS when you are training and telling me you are proud of what I have accomplished.
Thanks to all the other trainer too! You guys are awesome! Crossfit has changed my life. I am so much happier now. I have the confidence that I was lacking before. I have done things that I would have never dreamed I could do thanks to Crossfit.

You know me Mel, I'm always happy to yell at somebody! :) Keep on working and you'll surprise yourself at what you can do. Plus I'm glad you liked it so I didn't have to reimburse you the money you spent on membership fees for three months. :) :) I don't know if I would dare make that kind of deal again.
