4 Handstand Push Ups
8 2 Pood Kettlebell Swings

The morning class today did a team wod (appropriately named "Thor's Hammer" by Kasey Jackson) It was dedicated to all the fallen heros.
Here are your scores guys- i didnt have everyones reps for all stations so I averaged them-
Kasey-281 (missed your PP resps)
Kurt -321
Kami- 366
Travis- 298 (missing a lot of reps)
Jared- 302

This was the WOD (2 rounds)
Run 400m with heavy bag
Wall balls
sledgehammer tire hits'
pushpress
kb swings
No one could move stations until the runner was back. This was brutal! You all did so well, way to go guys! You all pushed really hard.

Steve R. and Cody and the firestation also did Hero wods today-nice job guys!
