Did Cindy today since Nat and I were talking about it yesterday and I didn't think I had done it before. Guess I was wrong, did it on 03/10/08 and got 12 rounds +5 pull ups, 3 push ups.
Sooo,
Cindy- As many rounds in 20 mins
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

15 rounds + 5 pull ups, 2 push ups.

So 1 push up short of a three round improvement. Pretty happy with that even though I wanted Steves total of 21 rounds. :) Maybe next time.

U'i- I'm happy to report that I didn't need the newspaper today. I was shaking but managed to control myself. ;)

AM Class:
Will did Cindy, got fifteen rounds. Great effort as always, although he was shakin' a little after. If the other guys weren't distracting me, maybe I could have made him pee himself too. As it was, just plenty of sweat on the floor.

Phil, Jared, and Blake did Fight Gone Bad. Lots of moanin', groanin', and yellin'! Great intensity. I know I slowed you down with coaching form, but there will be payoff later, I promise.

PM Class had Natalie's creation: As many rounds as possible of 10 each OHS, Ring dips, Knees to Elbows, and then a 400 M Run. Jenny, Caleb, Mandy, Tessa and Travis were there. No one seemed to thrilled to start, but poured themselves into it full bore. Awesome work from all.

Wow, it's been a while! I'm excited to see everyone posting again.
Went to the PM class like Steve said. It was a little hectic at first, and yes we were whining, but after we got started I'm glad we did Natalie's little creation.
As many rounds as you can in 20 min of 10 each OHS, Ring dips, knees to elbows, and 400 M run. I ended up getting 4 rounds; did everything as rx'd! It's awesome to finally start being able to do things as rx'd!
I haven't posted for a long time, so since my last post I got my MU!!!!!!!! It was the most exhilerating (sp?) feeling. I couldn't even believe I did it. Thanks to all the trainers for their input... it helped a lot.
As for Will... jealousy is a great motivator isn't it? Too bad it won't be in my favor for too long huh?? It's great having friends at CF, it makes coming a lot easier even though I know I'm going to get my butt kicked every time! See you all Friday!

Steve....We're not whiners, we're not whiners. (waynes world, we're not worthy) Lol so maybe we are a little. But with good reason. First time working with Steve tonight and he is great! Look forward to working with him again next week. Did same WOD as Tessa. (but not RX) Down Scaled for what would work for me. My second time coming in this week. I have been missing out for the past 3 weeks. Missed it! And ready to hit this hard. I am setting goals. I agree with Tessa, I have made some friends doing this. What fun!! I want to look into the zone more because I feel if I lose weight then I think it will be a little easier on work outs.

Yesterday:

Did AMRAP in 20 min. of 45# thrusters:10 reps, pull-ups:10 reps-made it to 10 rounds but had to stop to answer the question, "What the H-E-double hockey sticks are you doing?" by a potential client.

Then went to Hot Yoga last night, was so awesome but will have to make up the Hero's wod-I'm shot.

Congrats again Tessa!
