"The Chief"

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 # power cleans, 3 reps
6 push-ups
9 squats

Rest 1 minute.  Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Tried doing "The Chief" today at work but between a couple phone calls and a run I finally gave up. Got to the middle or sttart of round three every time and had to start over each time.
Averaged 3+ 6 pushups, seven squats just about every time. After three starts like that I was beat and said to heck with it. Figured I didn't have a time but I got plenty of work in. :) Oh yeah subbed 115#. Tried 135# but with steel plates I figured the dept wouldn't be happy if I messed up the floors cuz I know I would have had to bail on some of them.

Did Fran t'day....
As Rx'd, a slow time compared to last month...
9:15.
I really felt the lack of training as I gasp'd for air and had to break up the pullups more than usual.
T'day was a eye opening reminder that I need to consistantly train. I guess now I'll have to dig in till I break the 5 min mark.
