T'day I did Michael.. Had to modify (at EMFD) 3 rounds.. 75 Squats 50 45# Goodmornings 50 Sit ups 1st round sit ups unweighted/butterfly style. 2nd & 3rd rounds weight on feet. Time: 22:51 My thighs were burnin', lower back a blaze...Faster time than my usual Rx'd Michael, but still a nice burn. J Tills

Sweed did Fran today with Cody at the gym. He was telling me after the wod "he just didn't feel right". I told him that is how everyone feels after doing Fran...welcome to the club! He felt better after I told him that :) He said at least he wasn't on the ground after like everyone else...glad to hear that everyone was dying after...means you all worked hard today, Great job! Everyone has been working so hard lately and we are seeing great improvements and progression in all of you. Keep it up...it only gets better!
Will- could you call me or email vikingcrossfit with your schedule? I know you are interested in the running class and want to make sure you can attend. Thanks, Natalie (I still don't have a home computer so I cannot check my emails yet)
Worked out at Crossfit MN today, part of a BJJ gym. Damian, the owner, is a great guy and has nice plans to expand the crossfit part of his gym. 15-10-6 Reps of: 65# Thruster 44# Kb SDHP Pull-ups (some jumping) Ring Dips (toe support) 11.01
They don't have much in the way of Barbell training and their thrusters show it:) Lots of partial movements and inflexibility but there was some newcomers there too. Will be fun to work out there more and see the progress.
Nat, get that computer fixed:) Miss you gal! OH! They have one trainer who just got certified this summer. He's going to the Barbell Cert in Oct. where I'll be doing my coaching intern. w/Rip so that was pretty fun to hear. The owner would also like to do some Barbell workshops with me so that could be fun. So, in a nutshell-I'm good NAT:) Be Strong everybody!
