First, been reading the last few days...Very impressive Jason on the PR for 30 Mu's. Also, very impressive Tessa on the 30 Mu's!!!! I won't lie...I am jealous, I can't even do one! T'day did two WODs.. 400m run & 50 squats X 4 rounds: 15:51min. Second.. Push Jerk, 5-5-5-5-5: 135/155/185/195/205(not pretty on last couple). J Tills.
