Ok I'm posting this a day late but I did the virtual shoveling and push ups, 30,25,20,15,10,5 rep rounds with a 45# plate. Time-24:26
Holy smokes batman that wod really sucked. My grip was shot and the back was pretty tired by the end too. Got the nasty cold Mandy had (now she has bronchitis) and was feeling sluggish and worn out yesterday. I like to think that has something to do with my loooong time but probably not.:) Gonna take a few days off to try and get over the cold. Sucks cuz I was looking forward to the 400m run max pullups wod. Dang it!!

Oh yeah! Sometimes when I'm dying on a wod and there isn't enough oxygen in the world (or so it feels) and one of the trainers is yelling at me I feel like giving them a kick right in the shin. But then I realize I'm to tired to run away afterwards and I don't want to get slapped around in addition to being tired. ;)
