I'm not a fan of the running stuff, but I see and feel its benifit.

20min as many as u can:
5 rounds +150 m.
Pullups were a strict, no room to kip.

Did some crazy fun today at CF MN:
AMRAP in 20 minutes-
5 14# ball cleans
5 box jumps
5 34# kb swings
(3 burpees on the minute)

Did 13 rounds plus 4 bc's.

The kb swings absolutely killed me for some reason. I spent an entire minute just staring at it during one round. I need a kettlebell to practice. Pukie on my back after round 2 and I ate blueberries on the way to the gym so there was NO way I wanted to see those again!
