Wow Tills, 305 back squat? That's awesome! Nate looks rough- I'm going to have to do that one tomorrow, Yikes!

Did Nate tonight. I actually liked this one. Even though I was sweating like a pig and was tired, I liked it - mostly because I can do the MU now.
AMRAP in 20 min.
2 MU (rx'd)
4 HSPU (legs elevated - not quite as rx'd yet!)
8 KB swings (35 lb)
Total: 12 Rounds plus 2 MU and 4 HSPU

I was pretty psyched about the 12 rounds. I really pushed it on the MU. I still have a nasty rip on my outer palm from the 30 MU the other day, but, no pain no gain right?? This was also my fist time using a heavier KB. I swear any heavier and on the down swing I would have fallen over forward!
Everyone did great tonight.. hard WOD! Psyched for tomorrow! Barbara's goin down!
